Outside is a spacious, grassy level lawn which leads to the waters edge and wonderful sandy bottom swimming. A break wall can be used for a boat tie up,
The upper deck offers a nice covered patio area below providing just enough shade on those hot summer days.
The guest cottage is 2 bedroom, 1 bath with efficiency kitchen and living room.
