Where do I pick-up the keys?

 

Most all the rentals have a lockbox or keyless entry.  We will contact you the day prior to arrival and provide the code so that there is no need to pick up a key.

What are the Check In & Check Out Times?

 

Check In time is 3:00 PM  Check Out is 10:00 AM  

 

Please adhere to these times as our housekeepers have a strict schedule in having your home cleaned and ready for the next set of guests.

 

How can I make a Payment?

 

Personal checks, money orders, or cash will be accepted.  Please make checks payable to

Pet Policy

Be be sure your rental is a pet friendly, and you have confirmation in your rental agreement.  If the rental is not approved to be pet friendly, this may be cause for eviction.

 

What do I need to bring?

 

  • Each home has a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, appliances, pillows,  and blankets.

  • BED LINENS, PAPER PRODUCTS, AND TOILETRIES  ARE NOT PROVIDED.  The bed sizes will be provided as well as the garbage pick up day.  You will need to bring bed linens, towels, clear plastic garbage bags and basic cleaning supplies.

  • If you are bringing a pet, please bring the necessary items to store your pet while you are away from the home ie. leashes, crates etc... 

 

What is the cancellation policy?

If there is a need to cancel your reservation at any given time and we are able to rebook for the same timeframe in the same rental a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.

 

If we are unsuccessful in rebooking the rental for the same timeframe half of the rental deposit will be forfeited.

 

When can I make a reservation for the next year?

 

 

Our guests are granted first rights to reserve the same rental for the same timeframe each year.  Summer reservations will start being taken January 1 of each consecutive year.  

 

Any requests for different or additional weeks cannot be granted unless the previous renter's have relinquished that particular timeframe.
