Camp Kuchen

Amazing lakefront views await! Camp Kuchen is a cozy 3 bedroom-1 bathroom cottage located along the private shore of White Lake. White Lake is a spring fed lake accepting motorboats and carry boats alike. A boat cleaning station and launch site is on the Rt. 28 side.

Approach Camp Kuchen from Capron Rd. by coming in from the back and you will be delighted for the woodsy setting & gorgeous views. There is a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room facing the lake, 3 good size bedrooms and a newly remodeled full bath. The original stone fireplace completes the scene.

Outside enjoy a spacious top deck with newer deck furniture, propane grill and firepit for your enjoyment. A moderate set of stairs gradually lead to the bottom deck and dock to the lake. Four kayaks are also available to use, complete with paddles and life vests (liability waiver must be completed before using kayaks).

Camp Kuchen is conveniently located just minutes off of Rt 28, with easy access from the road and plenty of parking. Camp Kuchen is a short 20-minute drive away from beautiful Old Forge and all of its offerings (including Enchanted Forest Water Safari and Bald Mountain). There is also a deli/general store a few minutes away for any last-minute supplies you may have forgotten. The camp is on the quiet side of the lake, opposite the highway, for a peaceful Adirondack experience.
